Shipping policy

Each original work of art is carefully prepared for its journey to you. Because artwork varies significantly in size, weight, materials, and crating requirements, shipping and handling costs are calculated separately from the purchase price.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is not included in the artwork's purchase price. The actual costs of professional packing, crating, and shipping will be invoiced separately.

We take care to select appropriate packaging and shipping methods based on the specific artwork and its destination. You will be responsible for the actual cost of crating, packing, and shipping your purchase.

Shipping Schedule

Orders purchased during the previous week are generally prepared for shipment on Mondays, allowing time for careful packing and crating.

Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive tracking information for your package.

Delivery on the Kona-Kohala Coast

Local delivery may be available on the Kona-Kohala Coast. If you are purchasing an artwork and would like to discuss local delivery options, please contact us before or after your purchase so we can coordinate the details.

Shipping Carrier & Signature Confirmation

The majority of orders are shipped via FedEx or AirGroup. Signature confirmation is required for deliveries to help ensure the safe receipt of your artwork.

Please make arrangements for someone to be available to receive and sign for your delivery.

Special Handling Requests

If you have a special shipping or handling request, please let us know as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to accommodate special requests, additional costs or limitations may apply depending on the request and the artwork.
