Valeria Mastrascusa finds inspiration at the water’s edge–the ever changing light, the glow of the sun and the moon, the feeling of tranquility it inspires.

"This piece is a memory of a solstice—when the sun lingers longest or retreats furthest, marking a pause in nature’s rhythm," says Valeria. "The ocean becomes as vessel of remembrance, holding the shimmer of past suns and the whispers of turning tides. It's not just a sunset—it’s a ritual–that moment when the ocean dances with the sky."
