"This image came to me in a dream in the midst of painting the paradigm series," shares Patrice. "A paradigm is an underlying thought pattern shaping the world in which we live, so while this painting is decidedly different from the Paradigm Paintings, it is related. 

Although the dream image was black and white, the colors are essential. As with the Paradigm paintings, it was important to keep the colors bright. While there’s no comparison to the images we’re receiving from the James Webb Space Telescope, this piece holds the energies of the universe.

We can either spend our times noting our differences or noting our similarities. In the end, it doesn’t really matter. We’re all made up of the “same stuff” put together in myriad ways. We are all interconnected."
